The all-new Audi R8 will be in the limelight in the Audi driving school which is available at Silverstone. There are 3 driving experiences that you can choose from, no matter what car you happen to drive day-to-day.
The experiences take place on either the Stowe circuit or the 4x4 section with prices ranging from £299 to £749. The Audi Sport Introductory package offers a half-day experience and costs £299. For that price you will get to have a go in the S1 Quattro, TTS Quattro and RS3 Sportback Quattro which produce 228 bhp, 306 bhp and 362 bhp respectively.
The qualified instructors will help drivers perfect their skills by providing coaching on the the best cornering technique, how to manage fast lane changes and how to tackle the challenging slalom course. If you fancy something a bit more 'rugged', you can opt for the Quattro half-day experience which costs £349 and enables buyers to experience the agility of the Q3 on tarmac before going off-road in the Q7.
However, if you fancy going all out you can go for the Audi Sport Experience which costs £749. That may seem a lot steeper than the the others but that is for the full day, plus you get to have a go in the V10 powered, 602 bhp Audi R8. The RS3 Sportback Quattro is also used in this package, as well as the RS6 Avant which produces 552 bhp. You will get similar experience the Introductory course, just with faster cars and more time to enjoy them. To put the cherry on the cake you will be treated to a passenger lap in the R8 at high speed with an expert Audi instructor.
