A Mercedes C63 AMG that once belonged to Premier League footballer Jamie Vardy is now up for sale on Auto Trader. The Leicester City striker has been a key part of the teams success this season and is on course to win the golden boot with a total of 29 goals.
The 2013 car is priced at rather bargain price of £38,500 and has covered just 14,000 miles, as the Danny Sangster, the car's current owner and seller stating he only used it for the weekends. The car comes with 6.3 litre V8 engine which produces 457 bhp which propels the Mercedes to 0-62 mph in just 4.4 seconds and on to a limited top speed of 155 mph.
The car came with a number of football stadiums programmed into the Sat Nav and also had a dance CD left in the CD player. Nice little bonus I suppose if you're into that kind of music. Talking of kit, the car has a plenty of safety kit which includes Electronic Stability Control, ABS, Blind Spot Assist and Lane Keeping Assist.
Commenting on the car, Mr Sangster said: “What Leicester City have achieved this season has been nothing short of incredible, and it’s been brilliant driving around in a car that I know was previously owned by arguably the country’s best footballer this season.
“But I know there might be a Leicester City fan who would treasure this car as a piece of motoring history – so that’s why I chosen to put it for display on the UK’s largest car marketplace in hope of finding that person.”
